Shipping : We ship all over Canada through courier or private carriers, we also offer White Glove delivery Service which include SET UP, ASSEMBLY and GARBAGE DISPOSAL.

White Glove Delivery Service : White Glove Delivery is offered only on GTA (Greater Toronto Area). White Glove delivery mean your order is delivered inside your home, unpacked, assembled to the room of your choice. Garbage will be removed from the premise.

**Note : With White Glove Service, customers must ensure clear and safe passage. Furniture that do not fit in the passage way due to tightness CANNOT BE RETURNED.  It will be left on the main floor where space is available.

Shipping Time Frame : All orders are shipped from Toronto. In stock orders can ship immediately after payment is received. You should receive your order in approximately 1-3 weeks depending on where you are located in Canada.

Shipping Calculation : Add the product by clicking "ADD TO YOUR CART", then click on "ESTIMATE SHIPPING COST" and type your province, postal code and click on  "ESTIMATE". You will see the shipping charges and taxes.

Pick Up Orders : On the panel for "ESTIMATE SHIPPING COST" ,  click on " PICK UP AT WAREHOUSE" Option. We will need your contact number to inform you when the item(s) are ready for pick up.

Pick Up of Products : Items have to be inspected prior to pick up. Later claim for damage and imperfection will NOT BE ACCEPTED. Pick up items cannot be cancelled nor Exchanged.

Shipping Damages : Inspect the boxes for any dents and inspect the item (s) in the box. Should you notice any discrepancy, make a note on the delivery receipt. DO NOT SEND BACK THE BOX with the delivery person. Email us with pictures of the damaged item(s). We will send the replacement immediately. If the DAMAGE is not reported within THREE days, it will no longer be accepted.

Return Policy : Customers need to pay both ways. There is a 30% RESTOCKING FEE should the client decide to return the item(s). There is a 3 day time frame to report any damages, from the time the product is received after which will no longer be accepted. This applies to FREE SHIPPING PROMO as well. There are NO RETURNS nor EXCHANGE unless the item (s) is damaged. Products that are Discounted and  on Clearance cannot be returned nor exchanged for minor damage and imperfections. It will however be replaced if the damage occurs during shipping and only if it is instock. Large orders such as 8 or more items and special orders cannot be cancelled or replaced.
